Just a water bottle and grip socks! If you forget your grip socks, we have them available for purchase at the studio.
New clients must arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early or you will be asked to reschedule your class. There is a lot to show you on the Megaformer and for your safety, we strictly enforce this policy. Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in and get settled.
We have a 5 minute grace period. New clients must arrive 10 minutes early. This policy ensures all clients receive a proper warm-up and instruction.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class. For memberships, late cancellations will incur a $15 fee, while class pack holders will forfeit the session. All no-shows will be charged a $25 fee.
Don’t be afraid of the waitlists! You will likely be able to snag a spot in class. Just be sure to enable text and email notifications to receive notice when you’re moved into a class. Keep in mind our late cancel policy still applies if you are pushed in from the waitlist. Be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if you don’t plan on attending class!
Yes! There is plenty of metered parking along Garnet Avenue as well as along Everts Street. (Additionally, parking is available at the Big O Tires Lot ($6.00/hr). Please give yourself extra time to look for parking before class!
Yes! We offer private sessions for those who prefer one-on-one instruction. Contact us to book a session.
Yes! You can book a class for a friend by selecting a guest option when booking online or through our app.
30 classes! Monthly unlimited memberships allow 1 reservation a day.
Memberships must be cancelled via email. Please email info@lagreelounge.net to cancel at least 7 days prior to your autopay date. Please note, all memberships require a 3 month minimum contract.
