WHAT TO EXPECT
Expect a 45-minute full-body class where we focus on core, obliques, lower body, and upper body using the Megaformer. Our classes are designed to challenge your muscular strength, endurance, and cardio through slow, controlled movements.
You can also expect hands-on corrections and strong attention to form, ensuring you get the most out of every exercise while moving safely and effectively.
Be prepared to shake, sweat, and be sore the next day!
